Wild Will is run by amazing volunteers; from our actors to our bar staff to the people who have provided this website. We welcome, with open arms anyone, from the local community, who would like to join our team of enthusiastic and passionate folk, offering their time and skills to help us to deliver magical theatre performances and inspiring educational outreach programmes.

Site Manager
Opportunity for an experienced person to fulfil the important role of Site Manager during our performances in Auguest/September. Our performances all take place in the open air, on the Flete Estate near Mothecombe and the Site Manager would be responsible for the smooth running of the operation alongside the Technical Manager, Stage Manager and Director This is an unpaid role.
Fundraiser / Grants Officer
Primarily responsible for generating income by identifying, researching, and writing compelling grant applications to charitable trusts, foundations, statutory bodies and local businesses. Act as the bridge between the charity’s project leaders and external funding bodies, translating community or operational needs into structured, persuasive financial proposals.
